How we use information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess requests for training or advisory support, improve our services, maintain security and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers or professional advisers where reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards. We retain it only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements.

Optional usage measurement and local diagnostics
Only after you allow measurement, this site uses random browser/session IDs to record page paths, referring website hostnames, language and resource/diagnostic events. Measurement does not store IP addresses, email addresses, full referrer URLs or your diagnostic evidence. Browser IDs expire after 90 days; sessions renew after 30 minutes of inactivity. You can decline and clear local measurement IDs through Usage preferences. Submitted pseudonymous events are purged on the next analytics write after they exceed 90 days. Internal/test browsers can be excluded.
Diagnostic status, calculator/comparison-app drafts, evidence references and actions stay in this browser so you can continue later; clear the assessment, delete the local calculator draft or clear browser data to remove them. Raw audit CSV is processed only in the current page, is not uploaded and is excluded from drafts; a complete JSON you choose to download can include it. Milestone, participation-evidence and settlement tools write local drafts and save records only when you explicitly save. Settlement drafts contain the supplied interval CSV; their JSON backups and full reports also contain the relevant inputs. A diagnostic handoff is saved to the project inbox only when you choose to submit the enquiry form.
